Get Trendy with Indo Western Dresses This Season

Ladies the summer is already here and it’s time to fun with the clothes. Wondering what to wear to an Indo-Western theme party? So many of you are always asking that what to wear to parties with an Indo Western dress, indeed tricky to get your tailor or local boutique to create a whole new Indo Western outfit for weddings and parties.

So, look at some of my looks: 

Indo western a mixture of western and south Asian style has inspired today’s youth. It’s time for revolutionizing trend. Even traditional attires such as lehengas, choli has been paired with halter and tank tops. Today women do not stick to one genre they keep on experimenting with their styles. 

Now talking about the inspiration, I don’t get inspired by a thing it’s more than that. I follow Indian Fashion Bloggers on Instagram. And follow blogs such as Skull & Tulles - Boundless Beauty; The style cocktail - A raw meshup.

Trends change on a seasonal basis and often reflect the overall sentiment of culture at any given time. I took inspiration from fashion week and derive inspiration from designer collections.

For the looks, I have taken inspiration from Lakme fashion week 2017 Manish Malhotra Collection -The Persian story. I looked at magazine rack of my college and also searched on Pinterest. 

Some styling tips for Indo western fashion styling:

Go experimental– Don’t shy on trying new things. Go for a light crop top with the heavy embroidered skirt or you may also try Dhoti Pants and you’ll be surprised to see how well the look come out to be.

Go edgy with jewellery– Why always to wear Kundans or gold jewelry? Try out platinum or metal jewelry this time.

Try new things on the block -What’s trending in western clothes these days? Off shoulder? Cold shoulder? Or pom pom borders? Wear an off-shoulder blouse with your saree or lehenga. Put on a pom pom border on the peppy anarkali.
